Data we process

We may process: checkout email/name; payment data handled by Stripe; emergency contacts and app preferences; device activity signals needed for monitoring; technical/delivery logs for alerts.

Pulse does not require video or continuous voice interception. Habit learning mainly runs on-device where the app provides it.

Purposes

Provide monitoring and alerting; manage subscription and billing; support; security; legal compliance. Legal bases typically include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

On-device and third parties

Habit profiles and thresholds may stay on-device. To deliver call and email alerts, plus entitlement and payments, we use Kelovix infrastructure and specialized third parties (including Stripe and messaging/voice providers).

Retention and rights

We retain data as needed for the service, law and disputes. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable via info@kelovix.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.

Right to erasure (Delete account)

You can exercise erasure rights from the Pulse app: Family → Delete account (type ELIMINA). This stops monitoring and wipes on-device data (profile, emergency contacts, habits, events, local subscription state).

Billing data remains with Stripe under its policies. Local deletion does not automatically cancel a paid subscription — use Stripe subscription management or email info@kelovix.com. For deletion of any server-side logs tied to your deviceId/email, contact info@kelovix.com with your checkout email.

Processors and transfers

Stripe processes payments; voice/email providers (or equivalent) may process numbers/content needed for alert calls and emails; Kelovix processes data needed for alerts, entitlement and support. Extra-EU transfers, if any, rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards.

Children and security

Not intended for minors without the contract holder’s supervision. We use reasonable safeguards; no system is fully secure.
